Noelyne Langston, owner of Noelyne Ltd., and stylists Nicole Huggins, Nikkita Smith and Alecia Kleffman recently attended the biannual NOMAD: Aveda Congress 2013 in Minneapolis.

The program included presentations and hands-on technical workshops on makeup techniques, advanced hair color, cutting and runway hair fashion.
